Do you have a physical shop?

Nous n’avons pas de boutique physique. Toutes les commandes se font sur notre site.

Can you tell me the exchange/return procedure?

On your order confirmation you have a link to exchange your item. You have to click on it and enter your order number starting with ESH as well as your e-mail address.

The link can also be found in our online shop, once you have entered your school's access code.

Do you make deliveries to the school?

Pour les écoles, ICEF, École des Roches, Bois Robert et Institution Ste-Marie, les livraisons se font à l’école à chaque vacance. Les commandes sont en ligne un mois avant le début des vacances.

What is the delivery time in general?

It takes 72 hours if the items are in stock. Your order will be delivered by Colissimo.

Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email.

Quelles sont les conditions de retours ?

Si un article ne vous convient pas, vous avez 7 jours pour nous le renvoyer à notre plateforme logistique : NEW VOGUE Logistique basée à Sars-et-Rosières.

Les frais d’expéditions sont à votre charge.

Le nouvel article sera envoyé à notre charge sous 3 jours.

The returned item must not have been worn. It must be returned in its original packaging with the label.

Peut-on payer en espèces, chèque ?

Payment can only be made by credit card on our website.

Can we do fittings?

Les essayages sont prévus pour les élèves de l’école EPMT, Marillac et l'École des Roches uniquement sur rendez-vous.

Monday to Thursday from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00

Friday from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00

Can we buy on the spot?

No, all orders are placed on our website.

How are the items shipped?

By Colissimo with tracking. You will receive an e-mail indicating the follow-up of your shipment on which you can modify the day or the delivery address.

I would like to modify/cancel the order I have just validated.

Unfortunately you cannot cancel or change your order. You will just have to return it upon receipt.

Can we exchange different items (e.g. winter jumper for summer jumper)?

No, you can only change the size of the item.

I have not received my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is sent by email. If you do not have it, it may be in your Junk or Spam folder.
