General terms and conditions of sale

Any individual visiting and/or wishing to make a purchase via the website www.uniformeprestigeschool.com.

Hereafter referred to as "the user"

The present conditions aim to define the terms of distance selling between UNIFORME PRESTIGE and the user, from the order to the payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for the placing of the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties. The order implies irrevocable acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. As the general conditions may be subject to change, the applicable conditions are those in force on the www.uniformeprestigeschool.com website on the date the user places the order.

The user declares:
- That he/she has the capacity to enter into this contract
- That he/she does not purchase products with the aim of reselling them
- That he/she is not a merchant

The products offered for sale by UNIFORME PRESTIGE are those listed on the www.uniformeprestigeschool.com website on the day the user consults the site. The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions occur in this presentation,UNIFORME PRESTIGE cannot be held responsible. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are only indicative and have no contractual value.

The prices are presented in euros, including VAT and excluding delivery costs, which remain the responsibility of the user, except under special conditions. Delivery costs are indicated when the order is placed, according to the terms of article 7. The prices indicated take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. If the rate were to be modified, these changes could be passed on to the price of the articles without the user being informed in advance. UNIFORME PRESTIGE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.

Any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The user declares that he/she has read and irrevocably accepted the present general terms and conditions of sale before placing his/her order. The validation of the order therefore constitutes express acceptance of the general sales conditions. In order to allow the user to go back over his order before validating it definitively, UNIFORME PRESTIGE has created validation and acceptance screens. The order will only be definitively registered after the last validation of the payment screen of the order (by credit card). As of the last acceptance click, the order is considered irrevocable. As soon as the order is registered, an email is sent to the user. This email confirms that the order has been taken into account by UNIFORME PRESTIGE, and not that the product ordered is available.

Payment is made online by credit card. The delivery note will be inserted in the parcel containing the ordered product. The user who has placed an order will be able to print the invoice by logging on to the site, in the order tracking area provided for this purpose. Online payment by credit card: The cards accepted are Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard. The amount is debited from the user's account only when the products are actually shipped.

In order to ensure the security of payments, the company UNIFORME PRESTIGE uses the secure payment service SOGENACTIF from Société Générale. The banking data is encrypted (SSL security standard) and therefore does not circulate in clear text on the Internet.

Except in cases of force majeure, delivery times will be, within the limits of available stocks, those indicated below. UNIFORME PRESTIGE shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, for whatever reason. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever may be made by the user to UNIFORME PRESTIGE. UNIFORME PRESTIGE reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products. The risks of transport are the responsibility of the user from the moment the product leaves the warehouse.

Items are delivered within 1 to 4 working days from the order on all the metropolitan France. This time is given as an indication and may vary according to the availability of the articles. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

Conditions necessary for the return:
From the date of receipt of the order, the user has a right of withdrawal within 7 days. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the user and UNIFORME PRESTIGE reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, with its label and in its original packaging.
Return costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds, whether total or partial, will be made within 30 working days of receipt by NEW VOGUE LOGISTIQUE of the returned goods. The refund is made by cheque to the order of the customer in accordance with the information provided at the time of the order.

Beyond the period of 7 days from delivery, the goods will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
Products returned damaged, incomplete, soiled or without the original packaging will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete, without having been damaged, washed or worn outside of the fitting; the original packaging and any accessories (labels, etc.) must also be returned. In case of return of the entire order, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer.

Nominative information:
Nominative information is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders, the establishment of invoices, as well as for the fight against payment fraud, the collection of this information in the context of distance selling is mandatory. This information is strictly confidential and is only intended for the company UNIFORME PRESTIGE.
In order to allow UNIFORME PRESTIGE to verify your commercial identity, and in accordance with the provisions of the law of 6 January 1978, and the CNIL declaration NS 48, your bank card numbers are kept encrypted for the duration of the order.

In accordance with the law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the processing of personal information collected on the site www.uniformeprestigeschool.com has been declared to the CNIL. The user has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.
